When will GOP frontrunner Mittens Romney tell us he embraces Ryan's budget ?

Since he is running for the GOP nomination he should whole heartily embrace this budget and tell everyone it's absolutely necessary for our country. Shouldn't he ? Or will he try to distance himself from slashing old folks social security/medicaid so rich people can keep more money ?
