Will U.S. tenants be celebrating a massive drop in rental payments?

Im a Tenant and it does not seem like it to me. You would thinl thats the case but I think it might actually go up because the prople who used to he home owners are renters now. I live in a college town in Montana and we have always lived in a recession so ive actually watched housing go up.
