I'm an agent. What's a good way to market a commercial property?

I am a new agent and have recently got my first listing. It's a 14,800 SQ Ft. Warehouse/retail building. I have put it on the website and the MLS. Besides those two things what are some ways to help market the building that wouldn't cost money. Any free sites? Thanks.
