My hands feel like they are burning after they are cold. does anyone why?
I was outside shoveling snow today and when i went back inside my hands started to feel like they are burning. my hand Temperature does not rise when they feel like that. i have been inside for about an hour now and and they are still burning but not as bad. my hands are almost always cold- i sometimes have to wear mittens in the house. In the summer i will be at the pond (at the cabin catching minos- little fish) and after a little my hands will burn. in the winter my hands will turn red if i am in the cold even if i wear mittens even if not and sometimes my toes do too. I put my hands under cold water but it helps a little but the burning just comes back. I am 16, my dermatologist thinks i may have lupus (i have a positive ANA), i get random wrist pain (no swelling). what can i do about it? what do you think it is?
