We have a cat with 7 toes in the front and 6 toes in the back?

is this a normal cat ? and he wakes me up every morning giving me mittens ( or needing me ) at 6:30 am and head buts me, so i have little spots on my stomach from claw marks,also drools and snot balls on me. never misses a morning in 12 years
