Okay wierd. if we use a glove to tame, then we switch back to hand, The hamster will think its another thing?

i always think... if i use a mitten or glove to tame it... then suddenly after 2 weeks, it gets used to it... then i change to my palm, the hamster would think its another thing right? and not trust it all over again... so should i use a mitten or not? or glove?
